But we are currently in discussions with the leaders of African countries, to form a consensus opinion on the place and time of this second summit,”he said. During these exchanges, Christophe Mboso and his interlocutor also spoke about parliamentary ties. “There is an opinion according to which it is necessary to activate the exchanges at the parliamentary level.

And I know that the Russian Duma (parliament) and the Senate of our country are ready to develop relations with your Parliament as well as the Parliaments of other African countries. There is the spirit of openness that I have found in Africa and at home in Parliament.
