Fizi, May 22nd, 2021 (CPA). The measure of fiscal disobedience decreed by citizen movements, the Federation of Enterprises of Congo (FEC) since last February has been lifted in Fizi, capital of the territory under the facilitation provincial deputies elected from this entity after 4 days of intense negotiation. This was after the signing of an agreement between the services of plates and civil societies in the presence of the interim administrator of the territory, Jean de Dieu Mabiswa Selemani. According to civil society, this agreement provides for the reduction of taxes on goods as well as the rehabilitation of dilapidated road sections on the RN5 which was the bone of contention between economic operators and the State. The road sections between Makobola and Swima; Mboko and Lusenda; Lweba and Kalundja; Baraka and Fizi; Fizi and Lubondja on the RN5 are in a deplorable state. For 37 kilometers separating Fizi-Center and Baraka, it takes more than 5 to 6 hours on a motorcycle. ACP/
