According to the source, the provincial deputy Peter Kazadi, to share with the Minister of State the observation according to which the majority of service stations are built without the least observation of the rules of town planning which can guarantee the safety of the population of this district of the city ​​of Kinshasa.

“The service stations abound across his constituency of Mount Amba without taking into account either environmental rules or public health imperatives. In reaction, Pius Muabilu, took note of the grievances made by the provincial deputy, Peter Kazadi and instructed the division head of the sector to enforce the law in this area.

During the same day, Minister of State Muabilu met with two heads of urban divisions, who came from Kolwezi, in Lualaba province, with whom he raised the problem of instructions aimed at enforcing the regulations that governs the urban planning and housing sectors.
