The Head of State receives the new management of the Central Bank


Kinshasa, July 22sd, 2021 (CPA).- The President of the Republic, Felix Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo, received on Thursday, at the Palace of the Nation, the new Directorate of the Central Bank of Congo (BCC), led by Governor Malangu Kabedi Mbuyi, accompanied by the two deputies governors, Dieudonne Fikiri and William Pambu.

Malangu Kabedi Mbuyi declared, at the end of the audience, that they came to present their civilities to the President of the Republic and, above all, to express their gratitude following their elevation to the head of the Central Bank, adding that among the challenges to be noted, it intends to contribute effectively to the implementation of the government’s economic policy.

The Minister in charge of Finance, Nicolas Kazadi, and the Chief of Staff of the Head of State, Guylain Nyembo, attended this first meeting of BCC team with the President of the Republic, since his appointment on July 5th, it is reported. ACP/
