Kikwit, July 24th, 2021 (CPA).- A group of young delinquents, commonly known as Kuluna, left Kikwit on Wednesday for Kaniama Kasese via Kinshasa, the CPA learned on Friday from a police source.
According to this source, who did not reveal the number of these incivic, underlines that they were apprehended by the security service as part of the operation « Kinkokoto ya mbuta » (the slap of an old man) .
