CNG enterprise intends to build more than 3,000 houses for the population of Kinshasa by 2023


Kinshasa, September 28th, 2021 (CPA), – The company Construction Network and Genius (CNG) is preparing to deliver to the population of Kinshasa, nearly 3,000 (three thousand) social houses by 2023, told the CPA on Tuesday M Manicks Maninga, entrepreneur and manager of the said company, during an interview.

Mr. Manicks Maninga, who is representative of British and Australian investors in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), revealed that the construction of these houses stems from the market won by his company, in partnership with Business Development Consulting International (BDCI).

According to him, these houses will be built in Maluku, in the peripheral part of the city of Kinshasa. « It is a way for my company, in my capacity as a Congolese, to contribute to the vision of the President of the Republic, Felix-Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo, who wishes to offer the Congolese houses of descent and who had launched an appeal to the sons of the country living abroad, to return to invest in the country, ”said Mr. Maninga.

Responding to a question, he indicated that the topographical plan of the new city of Kinshasa which will be erected in Maluku on the national road1 for 3,000 (three thousand) houses, has already been designed and approved by the competent authorities, and that it also and later, invest in the DRC in the energy sector in order to meet the challenge of access to electricity supply.

The Construction Network and Genius (CNG) is an American company dating back decades. It is based in the United States in Florida and in several African countries, notably in Angola. His project in the DRC benefits from Chinese financial support, under the supervision of the China national Electric engineering company (CNEEC) from which his company has received a mandate, it is recalled.
