Inauguration of the new “Kamba Mulumba” market to the satisfaction of the inhabitants of Kimbanseke


Kinshasa, October 6th, 2021 (CPA).– The mayor of the commune of Kimbanseke, Jeannot Canon la Rose, proceeded, on Saturday, to the inauguration of the “Kamba Mulumba” market to the great satisfaction of the population of this municipality, in the presence of the provincial minister in charge of the economy and finance, Jean Ngoy, he said on Tuesday during an interview with the ACP. According to the municipal authority, this market has the capacity to accommodate more than 200 vendors and other stalls to enable this population to stock up on agricultural products and basic goods for their well-being. Bourgmestre Jeannot Canon indicated that the construction of this new trading place is part of the vision of the urban authority, that of building trading places in order to put an end to the phenomenon of pirate markets located along Boulevard Lumumba. He invited his constituents to make good use of it, because several constructions are also planned within the walls of this new market which bears the name of the “Kamba Mulumba” district.
