Revenues from GO-PASS valued at more than 8 million USD in the first half of 2021


Kinshasa, October 6th, 2021 (CPA) .- Revenues from the GO-PASS on budgetary revenues in the first half of 2021 are estimated at 16,691,459,815 (sixteen thousand billion, six hundred and ninety-one million, four hundred and fifty-nine one thousand, eight hundred and five) CDF or 8.178 million USD, at the budget rate of 2041 FC, the US dollar) on a linear forecast of 32,523,558,101 (thirty-two billion, five hundred and twenty-three million, five hundred and fifty- eight thousand, one hundred and one) FC, or the equivalent of 15.985 million USD, representing an achievement rate of 51%, according to the report of the Ministry of Budget received Tuesday at the ACP.

According to this report, the annual forecast for GO-PASS revenue for this fiscal year is projected at 65. 047 116 202 (sixty-five billion, forty-seven million, one hundred and sixteen thousand, two hundred and two) CDF (31.870 million USD) . Remember that the GO-PASS is a development fund tax for airport infrastructure (IDEF), introduced in March 2009 and paid by all passengers who board national (10 US dollars) and international (50 US dollars) flights.
