Joint DRC-Angola Commission: Arrival in Kinshasa on Friday of the Angolan Secretary of State for Defense


Kinshasa, October 29th, 2021 (CPA) .- The Angolan Secretary of State for Defense, Domingos André Tchikamba, arrived in Kinshasa from Luanda in Angola on Friday to participate in the 10th session of the DRC-Angola joint commission. He thus joins in Kinshasa his colleagues from External Relations Tete Antonio and Interior Eugénio César Laborinho who arrived Thursday. Other members of the government as well as several Angolan experts are already in Kinshasa where they have been taking part in this work since last Wednesday. The opening act of the technical teams was chaired by the Minister of Regional Integration and Francophonie of the DRC, Didier Mazenga Mukanzu. The Angolan delegation headed by the Secretary of State for International Cooperation and Angolan Communities, Domingos Custódio Vieira Lopes, includes representatives from the Ministries of National Defense and Veterans of the Homeland, Health, Trade, as well as those of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries These three-day work, from 27th to 29th, were distributed in four sub-committees namely Politics-Diplomatic, Economy-Finance, Defense and Security as well as Sociocultural, it is recalled.
