The Treasury records the receipts of 9.374,5 Mds between January and October 31st, 2021 


Kinshasa, November 5th, 2021 (CPA) – The Vice-minister in charge of Finances, O’ Neige sele did not indicate on Tuesday to Kinshasa that the financial controls mobilized receipts of about FC 9.374,5 billion during the period going from January to October 31st, 2021, that is to say a rate of execution of 106%, indicates an official statement ministry in charge of Finances received on Thursday at CPA.

For October these financial controls mobilized FC 943,7 billion is, being equivalent it of 132% compared to the budget estimates monthly magazine.

The source also rises that the meeting with the persons in charge for the financial controls had also related to the identification of the actions to carry out in order to reach the assignments of the receipts fixed in the contracts of performance for the financial year in progress.

According to the source, the forecasts of the receipts fixed within the framework of the law of finances 20/20 of December 28th, 2020, were reached with the help of a going beyond of the annual budgetary assignments for the know-evoked period. Thus, these receipts are distributed in the following way: the General Directorate of the customs and excises (DGDA) FC 255,5 billion on FC 235,1 billion, is 109%, the General Directorate of taxes (DGI): FC 531,6 billion on FC 339,1 billion, are 157% and the general of the administrative receipts, domanial management and of participation (DGRAD): FC 156,5 billion on FC 142,3 billion are 110%.

For the vice-minister, the level of execution of the receipts compared to the forecasts readjusted in the contracts of performances is also satisfying this, after evaluation of the execution of the engagements contained in the contracts of performance. To this end, Mrs. O’ Neige sele did not invite all the fascinating parts to activate herself more with the implementation of these engagements which constitute actions aiming at the increased mobilization of the public receipts.
