Signing in the coming days between the Minister in charge of EPST and the French Development Agency of a so-called « Molakisi Telema » convention


Kinshasa, November 11th, 2021 (CPA) – The Minister in charge of Primary, Secondary and Technical Education (EPST), Prof. Tony Mwaba Kazadi and the Deputy General Director of the French Development Agency (AFD), Ms. Marie-Helene Loison have undertaken to sign a so-called « Molakisi Telema » convention by early December 2021.

According to a source close to EPST, this commitment was made during a working session Wednesday, in Paris, France focused on « the initial training of teachers and the process of retirement of Congolese teachers ».

This signing, which will be announced in the next few days between the two parties, will be sanctioned by the laying of the first stone of the Institute for training in teaching professions (IFME).

The construction of this Institute for training in teaching professions (IFME) in Mbanza-Ngungu in the province of Kongo central, the source specifies, is estimated at a cost of Euros 10 million. ACP /
