President Félix Tshisekedi shares Christmas dinner with orphans


Mbuji-Mayi, December 27th, 2021 (CPA).- The President of the Republic, Félix Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo, during his stay with his wife, in the city of Mbuji-Mayi, the first stop on his tour in Greater Kasai, shared the Christmas meal on Saturday in the garden of Madam acting Governor ‘s residence, with orphans from the various accommodation centers in the diamond-bearing capital and their supervisors.

The Head of State also offered food gifts. He also spoke with those in charge of the said accommodation centers on the living conditions of these vulnerable children, before expressing his concern to support these structures in the work they do for the supervision of these orphans. More than a hundred children gathered in more than five accommodation centers responded favorably to the invitation of the presidential couple.

Namely 50 children from the Abandoned Youth Assistance Center (CAJAC) in acronym located in the commune of Kanshi, 50 orphans from the Center for the Protection of the Child Love of the Next Generation (CSEAP) located in the commune of Muya, 73 of the Mercy center located in the municipality of Bipemba, 210 orphans from the Don Bosco School house, still in the municipality of Bipemba, 61 from the Islamic accommodation center Aminata Musalu, located in the municipality of Bipemba / Tshibombo site, 40 from the Dieu accommodation center is among us, and 18 orphans of the Center work of evangelical mission charity.
