CAF pledges its support to all its qualified representatives for 2022 World Cup


Kinshasa, April 1st, 2022 (CPA).- The President of the Confederation of African Football (CAF), Dr. Patrice Motsepe, promised, in a message of congratulations posted on the website of his institution, the support of the African Confederation to his five representatives to the next World Cup finals, Qatar 2022.

CAF President says he is confident that Morocco, Cameroon, Tunisia, Ghana and Senegal will represent their respective flags and the African continent with honor during the said final phase. He is confident that in the not too distant horizon, an African nation will win FIFA World Cup trophy. It is in this sense that he promised them the full support of CAF: « CAF is ready and committed to supporting, as best it can, all the African nations that have qualified for FIFA World, Qatar 2022”.

The five representatives of the continent still have 9 months to prepare for this final phase, which will be played from November 21st to December 18th, 2022.
