Kananga, May 31st, 2022 (CPA).- The provincial commissioner of the Congolese National Police (PNC) for Kasaï Central, the chief commissioner Aimé Claude Wasongolwa Ngana, explained, Monday, in Kananga, to the elements of his jurisdiction the conditions of access to the survivor’s pension, during a general parade presided over by the staff of the Kananga garrison. He insisted on the statutory provisions determining access to the survivor’s pension in favor of a police officer by pointing out the administrative obligations incumbent on the commanders of the units in the transmission of the elements required in favor of the beneficiary within one month. Chief Commissioner Aimé Claude Wasongolwa Ngana pointed out that the survivor’s pension is by right to the spouse of the deceased police officer or police officer in accordance with the relevant provisions.
