Kinshasa, June 9th, 2022 (CPA).- The Minister of State in charge of Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSME), Eustache Muhanzi Mubembe paid Thursday an inspection visit to the site of the mixed incubator of the National Agency for the Development of Entrepreneurship Congolese (ANADEC) to realize the effectiveness of the illegal occupation of the said site by the uncivic located on the 1st street, industrial district in the municipality of Limete. The visit consisted in establishing the inventory and avoiding the spoliation of this site which must play an important social and economic role through the establishment of this incubator. The latter, supports the source, will allow the development of entrepreneurship among young people in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). The Minister of State, Muhanzi Mubembe hinted that this site belonged to the former OPEC, which has now become ANADEC since 2016, whose construction work has been stopped due to lack of funding. On this space, it was planned to house the house of entrepreneurship and innovation with a dozen incubators and start-up centers to support young entrepreneurs in their projects. It is also a question of materializing the vision of the President of the Republic Félix Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo consisting in creating future millionaires. The director general of the national agency for the development of Congolese entrepreneurship (ANADEC), Ézéchiel Biduaya indicated that this building was dedicated to entrepreneurship by the government of the Republic in order to train thousands of young people and develop their businesses. . As soon as the fund is disbursed, he added, the work on the site can be completed, noting in passing that 70% of the work has already been carried out with funding of two million US dollars ($2,000,000).
