Inauguration of the new Secretary General in charge of Mines


Kinshasa, June 11th, 2022 (CPA), – The Minister of Mines, Antoinette N’samba Kalambayi, dispatched her chief of staff, Michel Kibonge, on Thursday to supervise the ceremony of handover and recovery and installation, between the interim secretary general outgoing, Mboma Breloc, and his successor, Jacques Ramazani Lutuba, learned the CPA on Friday from the Ministry in charge of Mines. According to the source, the ceremony took place in the facilities of the General Secretariat for Mines in the municipality of Gombe, in the presence of agents and executives of the Ministry of Mines. The Minister of Mines, specifies the same source, has just restored Mr. Jacques Ramazani Lutuba in his rights by executing the presidential ordinance of December 27th, 2018 appointing career agents of the State public services to the rank and function of Secretary General. The said ordinance following the competition organized by the Ministry of the Public Service at the end of which Jacques Ramazani was classified in useful order. Taking the floor, the incoming Secretary General specified: “We have great challenges to meet, in particular the material, human and financial challenges. We must make every effort to strictly enforce the laws of the Republic with companies, so that the populations impacted by mining activities can benefit from the advantages for the good of their entities”. The outgoing Acting Secretary General being absent, the handover and recovery ceremony took place between the incoming Secretary General and the Director of Human Resources.
