Presentation of certificates to the 22 winners of the diocesan jury of Catholic schools/Tshumbe-Ouest


Lodja, June 10th, 2022 (CPA), – The coordinator of Catholic schools Tshumbe/Ouest, in the province of Sankuru, Marc Lomembe Omokoko, preceded Friday at the Dikongelo high school in Lodja, to the presentation of the certificates to the 22 winners of the diocesan jury 2022 edition.

The 2022 edition of the diocesan jury saw the participation of 2,807 from 33 schools out of 36 schools expected in downtown Lodja, i.e. a participation rate of 88.8%, including 1,343 candidates from primary level, 1,116 at 8th and 8th grade level. 348 candidates at the 4th level of the humanities go back to 13 examination centers. « Beyond hope, you have to learn to rely on yourself, » concluded coordinator Marc Lomembe. It is important to point out that out of 1,343 participants at the primary level, only 154 succeeded, ie a success rate of 11.4%. Out of 1116 participants at the final cycle level, on the other hand, only 152 succeeded, that is a rate of 13.6%. Speaking, the provincial coordinator, Father Joël Mamba, urged the finalist students to discipline and unfailing concentration, explaining that this is the secret of success while insisting that the Catholic school is not only a means of substance for the church but rather a pastoral instrument par excellence.
