Kinshasa, August 10th, 2022 (CPA) – The Minister of State, Minister in charge of Justice and Keeper of the Seals, Rose Mutombo Kiese, said she was satisfied with the increase in the bonus for the staff of her ministry, which had been expected for more than 12 years.
For the Minister of State, who spoke to her staff on Wednesday, at her office in Gombe municipality, is happy through this action to materialize one of the promises made to the agents.
“I assure you that I need your support so that the various points that remain unresolved can find solutions,” she said, before calling on her staff to work hard.
Rose Mutombo invited, for this purpose, those who have not been affected by this bonus to be patient, indicating that the budget is in full preparation, and that the trade unionists who are associated with this exercise will have to ensure that certain members are integrated, so that the majority of the personnel of the ministry find their benefit.
The spokesperson for the Intersyndicale of the General Secretariat for Justice, Edmond Mayundo Kimuni expressed, on this occasion, the satisfaction of the staff for this achievement.
He conveyed the positive reaction of ministry officials who thanked the Head of State, Felix-Antoine Tshisekedi, « for having appointed a woman at the head of the Ministry in charge of Justice and who walks in her vision in order to contribute to the restoration of the rule of law in DRC”.
The Ministry in charge of Justice has obtained from the government an upward revision of the rate of the specific and permanent bonus for its agents as well as the expansion of the list of beneficiaries, increasing from 405 to 1464.
