Kinshasa, August 23rd, 2022 (CPA) – The president of the political party « Union pour la nation congolaise » (UNC), Vital Kamerhe, announced on Monday consultations with political parties and ambassadors accredited in DRC, for a common solution to the war raging in the east of the country.
The moral authority of UNC said so during a meeting held in Kinshasa with the executives of his political formation, during which he also urged the leadership of his party to invest to win a majority in the next elections.
« This time, we must have the sufficient number of governors, provinces, provincial deputies and UNC nationals », said Vital Kamerhe.
The « Union for the Congolese Nation » is a political party registered by Ministerial Order No.111 of June 19th, 2010. Its motto is « union for peace and progress of the fatherland », we learn.
This party, which advocates social democracy, bases its doctrine on the values of equality, freedom, justice, solidarity, productive work, tolerance, the right to difference and merit. ACP/
